Terms & Conditions – iloveabalulu.com (Abalulu me&mi)

 

1) About us

This website, iloveabalulu.com (the “Site”), is owned and operated by Abalulu me&mi, a brand name that belongs to Company No. 303333900 in Israel, with its registered office at 41, Shimon Ben Zvi, Givatayim, Israel (“Company”, “we”, “us”, “our”).
By using the Site and/or purchasing from it, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and to our Privacy Policy.

2) Eligibility and account

You must be at least 18 years old (or have a guardian’s consent) to place an order. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account details and for the accuracy of information you provide.

3) Product information and pricing

Images are for illustration only. Minor differences in color/texture may occur. We may correct errors (including price and stock) and cancel or amend orders affected by such errors, with a full refund where applicable. Prices are shown in New Israeli Shekels (NIS) unless stated otherwise and include VAT where required by law.

4) Ordering and payment

Orders are placed via the Site’s checkout and are subject to payment authorization by your payment provider. An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order; fulfillment depends on stock and acceptance by us.

5) Shipping & delivery

5.1 Israel (domestic)

  • Delivery time: up to 5 business days from payment authorization, unless a different timeline is stated on the product page/checkout (e.g., pre-orders, holidays, remote areas).

  • Delays caused by third-party couriers, weather, strikes, or force majeure are not within our control and will not be deemed a breach.

5.2 International shipping

  • International shipping is priced separately and quoted at checkout or by email prior to dispatch.

  • Customs, duties, and local taxes (if any) are the buyer’s responsibility. We cannot control clearance delays.

5.3 Delivery details

Please ensure your delivery address and contact details are accurate. If a parcel is returned due to incorrect details or failed delivery attempts, re-shipping costs may apply.

6) Cancellations, returns, and exchanges (Israel)

We follow the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, 1981 and applicable regulations.

  • Cancellation period: Unless an exception applies, you may cancel a purchase of unused goods in their original packaging within the statutory period (generally 14 days from delivery or from receiving the transaction document, whichever is earlier).

  • How to cancel: Contact us at sales@iloveabalulu.com with order number and item details. We will provide return instructions and, where required, a return authorization number.

  • Return condition: Items must be unused, unwashed, in original packaging with all tags/accessories.

  • Refunds: Refunds are made to the original payment method within the statutory time after the returned goods are received and inspected.

  • Fees: Where the cancellation is not due to a defect or non-conformity, we may charge the statutory cancellation fee (the lower of 5% of the order or 100 NIS) and deduct actual shipping/return costs, as permitted by law.

  • Defects/non-conformity: If an item is defective or significantly different from its description, we will replace, repair, or refund in accordance with law, without the statutory cancellation fee.

  • Non-returnable items: Certain items may not be returnable under law (e.g., custom-made or specially altered goods, certain intimates). Any such limitations will be stated clearly on the product page.

For international customers, we apply the same standards where feasible; however, shipping costs, customs, and timelines may vary by country.

7) Warranty and care

Follow all care labels and instructions. Damage caused by misuse, improper care, normal wear-and-tear, or accidents is not covered. Legal warranties under applicable law apply.

8) Promotions, coupons, and gift cards

Promotions and coupon codes are subject to their specific terms (validity period, exclusions, non-stacking rules). We may modify or end promotions at any time unless prohibited by law.

9) Intellectual property

All Site content (designs, images, text, logos, trademarks) is owned by or licensed to Abalulu me&mi. You may not copy, distribute, or use content without prior written consent.

10) Acceptable use and security

Do not misuse the Site (e.g., attempt to breach security, scrape content, inject malware, interfere with servers). We may suspend access where misuse is suspected.

11) Privacy

We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy (available on the Site). By using the Site, you consent to such processing.

12) Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any order shall not exceed the amount paid for that order. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you may have under non-waivable consumer laws.

13) Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

14) Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms and any purchases via the Site are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. The exclusive jurisdiction for any dispute shall be the competent courts in Tel-Aviv–Jaffa, Israel, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
