Refund Policy

We follow the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, 1981, and its amendments.

Return Window

You may return or cancel unused items within 14 days of receiving the product or transaction confirmation (whichever is earlier).

Return Conditions

• Product must be unused, unwashed, in original packaging, and include all tags and accessories.

• Contact us at sales@iloveabalulu.com to initiate a return. We'll provide return instructions.

Refund Process

• Refunds are made to the original payment method.

• Processing time: up to 7 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned item.

Deductions

If the return is not due to a defect:

• A fee of 5% or ₪100 (whichever is lower) may be deducted.

• Actual shipping and return shipping costs may also be deducted.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items (e.g., custom orders, underwear) may be non-returnable. This will be clearly stated on the product page.

Defective or Incorrect Items

We will replace or refund any defective or significantly mismatched item, at no cost to you, in accordance with the law.
