We want you to be satisfied with your ABALULU purchases!
If our product does not, for any reason, meet your expectations, we will gladly accept for it to be returned and to refund you. All we ask is that the garment be in new condition, and for it not to have been washed, worn or altered. It should still have of its original tags and labels, and be accompanied by the original invoice. Claims for refunds have to be made within 14 days after you received your order. Shipping costs are at your own expense.
Please allow us up to 30 working days to process your refund after receiving the unused items, together with a completed return form including your name, invoice, contact details, email, reason for return, date and location of purchase. We will credit your original form of payment unless otherwise specified in the return form.
Please note that additional duties, taxes or any additional charges that may incur cannot be refunded by ABALULU.
If any delivered products were received damaged or have manufacturing faults, please contact us immediately at: firstname.lastname@example.org, describing the nature of the problem and (when possible) enclosing a photo of the faulty item.
